Your page is unreadable in every browsers on earth, Internet Explorer can not zoom fonts set in pixels, and why are you using tables to layout a page that essentially has no tabular data? If you want to convert that 1990s table layout to a contemporary CSS layout that is readable, contact me off-list next week(I will be away until Monday). Either way, I wish you well.
