Either you have fixed this, or I am out to lunch. The problem you are
experiencing with fonts in ie is the extreme font-size bug:
This corrects it:
html, body {
margin:0;
border:0;
padding:0;
/*font:.9em/120% Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;*/
font:.90%/1.2 Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
}
Percent(not em) on body corrects the ie bug. Some say one should use a
raw number for line-height.
