I've had success with org.apache.batik.css.parser.* Let me know if you have any specific questions on getting it running

I have a project ongoing at the moment and I have to parse a CSS file using Java. I know there are a few tools around on the net that claim to do just that (such as the Simple API for CSS (SAC), and a few others). But all of these are poorly documented. Does anyone know of a good such tool or some example programs for the aforementioned tools that would help me get my head around the task.
