and having several small problems - mostly due to the hour ...
I can't get the red background beneath the masthead to show up -
actually all the css that controls the area seems to be just not
checking in ... can someone take a quick look and tell me where I'm off?
note: the group that designed the site used nested tables - I merely
stuck their code in for the red bit so please overlook the presence of
tables in an otherwise tableless system - first things first... in fact
if you want to rewrite that little bit of the code you are welcome to
... we'd consider it a valuable contribution to the effort.
-- also the page slides down in NS and FF ... not in IE (usually I have
the opposite problem).
