In retrospect, I realize that what I wrote might be be confusing, if not
downright overwhelming. If that is the case, and if you need assistance
getting a CSS start-up layout going, feel free to contact me off-list.
While I am not one of the most knowledgeable people on the list, perhaps
together we can get over the first few hurdles without too much pain and
suffering...
