[css-d] Link border

Hi,

This should be simple for me to figure out, but for some reason I
can't seem to get the border-bottom from displaying on a image link in
the sidebar.Here's my CSS

#sidebar  a:link, #sidebar a:visited{
        text-decoration: none;
        color: #636363;
        border-bottom:1px dotted #ED8045;
        }
#sidebar  a:hover{
        color: #ED8045;
        }
