Good afternoon list,

The text underneath "Get a quote" appears underlined until you scroll the page a
few times up and down.

This only happens in opera.

The reason this seems to happen is the line of text "Download our
Request For Proposal form: PDF or Word".

If i remove that, the problem is "solved". Ofcourse, that's no
solution. Can anybody shed a light on this? Is it a bug or some
inheritance problem,...?

Opera 8.01 (recent build 7624) XPSP2

You won't want to hear this, but the problem is worse. Even when I delete the line you mentioned, I can reproduce the underlining.

Scroll vertical to "LivePreview" or "Standards", then resize the window to get an horizontal scrollbar, then resize a bit more, or drag the hor scrollbar: the "Testimonials" blockquote gets underlined. Scroll up to "Why use us?", then scroll to the right and left: parts of the underlining disappears or reappears.

That's no inheritance problem.
