For reproduce it, when you carry more that 1 Medi-Shot and you drop one, then the server instantly crashes. Tested in casual mode and that crash dont occur before the latest update.
A Hot fix that I saw is set ammo_item_limit_healthshot to "1" to prevent people to have more than 1 Medi-Shot at the same time.
