"Report server" is completly useless. The problem ist valve himself.
They are not interested in supporting community servers because they do
not make money from them.
The time is over long time ago that valve has efforts to support
community projects. The new counter-strike global offensive team has
nothing to do with the old days of counter-strike, where help and
support came from both sides.
2017 is over and nothing happened against cheaters. The trust factor is
completly laughable and does nothing against the real problem himself.
New featues or maps are littered with bugs, which are also found by the
community short time after release. That everyone believe valve has no
own QA to find simplest bugs. The community could also support valve to
improve the game, but also in this way no support is wanted.
That will change only when skins and stickers makes no profit anymore,
but this will not happen.

You can report the servers directly (ESC in game, choose "report
server") but I think it's clear it does no good

I agree.
these servers are destroying the normal servers and this isn't
nice, since
!ws servers are illegal so u should ban them make a site for
report or a
post in here and we can add servers that using those plugins and u
do what
needs to do.
