Srcds performance is not bounded by syscalls.  There aren't very many syscalls in srcds' hotpath (except for maybe networking), and since KPTI is only activated during a sysenter and sysexit, I wouldn't expect /Meltdown/ mitigations, particularly KPTI, to have a noticeable impact on srcds performance.
