Not removed because Valve barely even acknowledges this mailing list for it's legitimate purpose, none the less for people sending spam links through it. Also, this mailing list is for server operators, not stream mod whores and /r/globaloffensive mods. Isn't there a post somewhere that you need to remove or some popular streamers ass you gotta kiss?
