What's the kernel for please? Is there a basic guide? This is the first time
I've ever heard about it. Is it that we can run CS:GO servers with 1000 fps
like 1.6 servers?

It's hard to describe but basically if you experiment with hz 50 instead
of 250 and compare that to normal 1000, you will quickly notice the
difference. While the cpu usage is lower, it has it's costs that will
show ingame on a server.
