No. On the other hand, considering that your typical Windows user will push
a button marked "Push this button now to erase all the files on your disk",
it's a relatively small part of a much larger problem.

I have one here. It's called Netscape. I hear you can even use it to
download password protected files via an encrypted channel when someone sends
you a short e-mail message containing the URL of the file.
