I especially liked the part about rethinking the 4th Amendment.
I'm seriously confused by some of the claims Podesta made.  For
example, the article reports that Podesta says that email over DSL
modems is not protected by the ECPA.  Why not?  That's certainly not
the way I read the statute.  There's a lot more that will require
a lot more analysis.
