Unless it blocks their free source of kiddie porn.  (I have little trust in 
anyone who wants to spy on their neighbors as a general rule.  They remind me 
far too much of peeping toms and probably attract such people as well due to 
the job description.)

Notice how no one is questioning who is going to prevent THEM from 
distributing (also known as "planting") kiddie porn.

Furthermore, you could have a hole in your pocket and be playing with 
yourself!  The moral crusade for all that is right must prevent such actions! 
You could go blind you know!
