that is aimed at the cypherpunk list.  Most interesting part is that
evidently Bruce Schneier designed a special cypher for use in the novel,
based on a deck of playing cards. (?)

As I write this it's still up, but given the /. effect, who knows?
It's evidently Neal's personal page on the Well, so spamming it's location
out to the world in general might get it pulled down pretty quick.

Also, when I was at the URL below, it featured some kind of 'quiz' that
you had to do to get to the meat of the site.  Adding main.html to the
URL below jumps past it, or at least used to.
