Not much there yet except my trying to figure out the tricky time zone issues. Basically, we're starting 11/1 @ 10am local time (which is not a treat for US since it's 10/31 10pm). I'm thinking that we'll try to have a 10pm hand-off session for 8 am US central time zone. That would mean it's Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We're also planning a Crowbar Community day to talk about Crowbar Havana progress on 11/4.
