Jacob,

Do you have the server set to PXE boot as the first option, and ETH0 as the 
boot interface for PXE?  What hardware are you using that you are trying to 
boot?

I've had troubles in the past with Dell BIOS settings, if you switch to PXE 
boot as first order, it switches the network interface orders (in the case of 
multiple NICs) back to "factory default".  You then have to reboot, go in to 
BIOS, and specify the correct NIC to use for the PXE boot process.  It's a two 
step process.  Might be a bug in the version of BIOS we're running. 

In either case - make *certain* you have PXE boot first, and ETH0 as the 
interface to boot from.
