Not currently -- The crowbar build process caches all the gems it requires
during the ISO build process, and arranges for those gems to be served from
the provisioner webserver.

Do you need to ensure that gems from a private repo wind up in the built
ISO, or do you want recipes to fetch from your private gem repo while the
cluster is running?
