+1 for that. I will generate the pull today. But I still want us to work on fixing all multi-proposal bugs so we can turn them on later or if some adventurous sole wants to try them. Sergey, that means that for these commits you will need to flip BC switch before testing.

Coming back to this after some discussion last week: I think we'd be fine disabling multi-proposals for OpenStack barclamps (and more), not because it's buggy, but because of the lack of good use case for this (at least, to my knowledge). What we've heard so far is that this is more confusing than helpful for people. Maybe there's some good use case, though?
