All, Andi and I talked about this simple change and I've got a pending commit for it...
If you add a # prefix to your documentation.md files then it will honor that as the order for the document. For example 10_introduction.md will be ordered as 000010. 100_details.md will ordered as 000100. This changes allows you to control ordering of documentation without having to mess with the meta data file.
