Thanks Andi - this is an important addition to helping get Grizzly
infrastructure and Crowbar deployments to be more robust.

Subject: [Crowbar] Loadbalancer barclamp

A little while back, I started playing with a loadbalancer barclamp, and found
some interesting options out there that can provide some nice features, namely:

*         HA

*         Scalability

*         SSL termination

To be clear, I'm not suggesting that this barclamp will land in the CB2.0
timeframe, but some folks are eager to "get them one of themz LB's".

This is also separate from the buzz around LBaaS that is being built as a
Quantum service. The latter is meant to be Cloud user facing, and load balance
cloud workloads. This barclamp is meant to provide its cool features to the
cloud infrastructure.

It's early days, but some folks will start beating on it (based on
crowbar1.5)....so I thought it's time to bring into the sunlight (as a totally
irrelevant note, I stole the term from the guys at [2]). Checkout the readme at
[1] - there are links to the underlying tech I'm proposing to we use.
