Good Morning Listers - our intrepid volunteers continue to hammer away at completing the Every Name Index. We have now surpassed 275,000 names in the database.
As well, we hired a programmer to enhance the search capabilities! We are building a synonym database for Firstnames. This means when a User enters a Firstname for which there is a synonym listed in the database, the Results will include all the synonyms automatically. You will see the search parameters in the header of the Results page......... such as......... [image: Capture.JPG] You may also create your own custom search in either the Surname and/or Firstname fields by simply typing in your chosen names separated by commas such as "McKane, McKean" or "Joe, Fred" Give it a try and don't be shy about asking questions directly to me at [email protected] Have a GREAT day and thanks for your continued support, Jim, webmaster
