Dear all, We’re excited to announce IWSDS 2026, The 16th International Workshop on Spoken Dialogue Systems.
It will take place on Feb 26 – Mar 1, 2026 in Trento, the gateway to the Dolomites following the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The theme of this year is "Human-Machine Dialogue in the Era of Multimodal Foundation Models" IWSDS 2026 aims to bring together researchers working on the theoretical foundations, systems and methods, and applications of spoken and multimodal dialogue systems. The Call for Papers is now open for long papers (up to 8 pages + references), as well as short papers, position papers, demos (up to 4 pages + references) Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings published in the ACL Anthology.
