I noticed that the documentation for SI units supported by

It appears the SI Brochure is no longer distributed as an html for easy
linking, only PDFs [2].

This patch uses a separate location on BIPM's site with them listed
[3]. But maybe it is just better to use an Internet Archive link instead
to avoid link rot in the future [4][5].

Thoughts?

I think it's better to link to the sites directly when possible.
The top level link [2] presents almost the same info as [1]
so your patch is best.
