bootstrap diverged from gnulib: use autopull.sh?

Hi *,

after one of the recent gnulib updates, the 'bootstrap' script has diverged 
from 'gnulib/build-aux/bootstrap'.
Gnulib has introduced autopull.sh and autogen.sh in commit 096abe49088.
Shouldn't we use that, too?
