coreutils-8.12 in an hour or two

FYI, I've tagged the latest and, assuming last-minute testing
exposes nothing serious, I'll release coreutils-8.12 within
an hour or two.

So, if you're sitting on a bug report, this is your last chance
to get it fixed in 8.12.
