## Minutes

### [Martin] What’s going on with the GPL & Cisco
  * DavidH has been working on this. Still waiting for Cisco - They did a drop
a couple years ago, but there are still additional products they haven’t
released source code for.
    * Martin will reach out to David and update the meeting minutes with the
current status.
  * [DavidH] Last I heard, SFC was going to set up a meeting in San Jose
between their contact and
those of us who are in the area (myself, Stefan, Ron, etc.) and possibly fly
one of their attorneys over
to attend (depending if lawyers are invited or not).
This seems to have stalled again, likely due to the Vizio case consuming a lot
of their bandwidth.

### [Martin] Discussion about having meetings between companies and coreboot.
  * We would like to have some regular meetings with companies or other groups
where upcoming plans
can be discussed.
  * [Matt] Put this out on the mailing list
    * [Max] How often would this be? How will people be made aware?
      * Monthly at most
      * At least two of the coreboot leadership would be present or it would
have to be rescheduled
      * The meeting would be put on the coreboot mailing list and calendar.
    * The meeting could be scheduled by asking on the mailing list or reaching
out to the coreboot
leadership.

# Next Leadership Meeting
  * April 16, 2025.
  * [coreboot Calendar](https://coreboot.org/calendar.html).

# Notice
Decisions shown here are not necessarily final and are based on the current
information available.
If there are questions or comments about decisions made, or additional
information to present,
please put it on the leadership meeting agenda and show up if possible to
discuss it.
Of course, items may also be discussed on the mailing list, but as it's
difficult to interpret
tone over email, controversial topics frequently do not have good progress in
those discussions.
For particularly difficult issues, it may be best to try to schedule another
meeting.
