me too. And if I might add, additional complexity also means additional
bugs. vboot has been discussed yesterday because it's very visible when
it's failing an ABI version check.  We could get around that by linking
with an older vboot version, but then we'd be left with the subtle bugs.
And vboot is about security, security failing is usually not visible. I
guess one either wants to risk bugs or use vboot. If you do the former,
you can just leave vboot disabled.

There seems to be one exception where we can't just disabled it, I will
write about that in a separate mail.
