Hello,
I am beginning to doubt the credibility of 'getpir'.
Using 'getpir' on three different mainboards, all
with southbridge i82371eb PIIX4 (8086:7110 for ISA),
not a single one is reported correctly:
* one appears as
8086:7000, i.e., i82371SB PIIX3
* and the other two appear as
8086:122e, i.e., i82371FB PIIX.
In all three cases, there are devices, among them the
USB-HC, that get a link 0x00, so is not routed at all.
How do you folks repair this critical failure?
