Thanks, i installed gawk via mac port, which fixed the errors.

I updated the webrev, which now includes the previously omitted 
ConcurrentSkipListSet and some recent updates from 166 to CopyOnWriteArraySet, 
CopyOnWriteArrayList, and ConcurrentHashMap.
