Hi controller devs, I'm having trouble adding new nodes to an existing cluster at runtime using the Carbon distribution. With Boron SR3, I am able to add a new node to an existing cluster at runtime, without having to restart the existing cluster. Applying the same steps using the Carbon release have been unsuccessful.
