Icon Scotland Group is keen to support early-career practitioners in all subject areas in their move towards Professional Accreditation (PACR) with Icon. Members living and working in Scotland are invited to apply for a grant towards the costs of the PACR process, thanks to a generous donation to the Group and its predecessor organisation SSCR by an anonymous donor. Up to four awards of £350 each are available per annum. The Grant is paid at the beginning of the second stage of the accreditation process and is deducted from the fees due at that point.
PACR Candidates should apply for the Grant at the time of submitting their Stage One application to Icon the next deadline is 15th November this year. Applicants should be members of Icon and of the Scotland Group, resident and working (or actively seeking work) in Scotland and should be able to demonstrate that they are not receiving more than 50% funding towards total accreditation costs from their employer or other external funding sources.
