Dear colleagues,

Last year during, myself together with Job Snijders and Moyaze Shivji (LINX),
submitted an IETF BCP that we are working on and concerns the decommissioning
of BGP Extended communities from Route Server TE functionalities. You can find
the document in the following URL
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-grow-ixp-ext-comms/

As we are in the final process to finalize the document and complete the
adoption of the BCP, the IETF chairs and authors are seeking for a final review
and feedback from other IXPs. If you would like to contribute to the IETF
discussion (and potentially express your support), please feel free to do so in
the following email thread
https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/grow/?q=Review%20of%20draft-ietf-grow-ixp-ext-comms-01

In case you feel a bit shy to share comments in a public channel, you can also
send your feedback to the authors in a unicast way.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Kind Regards

Stavros Konstantaras | AMS-IX
