What are the pros and cons? Because of my area/location, these are my only two options. Hughesnet(satellite) or Alltel(unlimited usage) Mobile Broadband. I contacted "Alltel" about coverage in my area and they said I did have EVDO Rev A but the signal wasn't too strong. I was told that the speeds increase drastically in the early morning hours though. I figure that I'm gonna need at least a consistent 1,000k/1 M speed for what I want to do online(at least for a few hours). I know that Hughesnet limits how much you can download during the day and there's also lag and that "fair access policy". I'm guessing that Alltel mobile broadband would probably be the best choice. If only I could at least know what the speed/signal is like at my exact location in the early morning hours. Any help?
