I'm a follower of the 7 komi for all board sizes hypothesis. :-) 7 has the strongest support on 9*9 - even deviations by half a point seem to yield poor opening books. Ofcourse that's no proof. And on 19*19 7 seems a reasonable guess. For 13*13, I smartly interpolated. :-)
