Thanks for the info! It seems, "never send it to spam" filter option works for me :)
P.S. You advice encouraged me to spend time and actually figure out how to use filters in GMail. Now my Inbox goes to 0 unread messages for the first time in several years, and ~1000 unread threads from several mailing-lists reside in several neat "folders" (a.k.a.
