Maybe the following is interesting for some of you.
At least, the Havannah programmers had been guests
in this group for some time.

Last week the match for the Freeling prize has been
played. Remember: Christian Freeling is the inventor
of Havannah. In 2002, he offered to give 1,000 Euro
to a programmer whose bot achieves at least one win in a
10-game match in Havannah (on board of dimension 10)
against him.

Last week, three programs shared in such a 10-game match:
4 games each by Lajkonik and Castro, 2 games by Wanderer
(Richard Lorentz).
Lajkonik (mainly by Marcin Ciura) won the games 2 and 9,
Castro (by Timo Ewalds) won game 10. So the total score was 
7-3 for Christian, and he had to pay the prize.
