BTW I think the KGS superko rule shouldn't be a problem in this type of tournament (round-robin). When such a situation occurs the game simply ends due to a repetition / 'illegal' move. Since play doesn't have to continue the tournament organizers can just assign the correct result. Any info on registration fee's, does one have to attend the congress, etc.? Erik
