I'm sorry for using so irregular hardware configurations. This time,
it was both cores of
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz

I think using integer komi in the 9x9 tournament is a great idea,
so far it seems to be the most likely "fair" komi and it tests code that
is usually not triggered often. Even though Pachi has lost one game
which was clearly jigo, due to some yet unknown bug (it is supposed to
handle jigo well).
