The August SLOW tournament will be a 15-round Swiss with 19x19 boards, 4
hours each of main time, sudden death. It will use Chinese rules with
7.5 points komi. There are details at

It will start late on the evening of Sunday August 21st (22:00 UTC) and
run for five days, with three games each day, ending on the evening of
Friday August 26th.

fairly strong to enter: as a minimum requirement, it must have beaten
SimpleBot, after correct scoring, in one of the monthly KGS tournaments.
