[Computer-go] Dynamic komi revisited

Okay, next question: on the previous thread ("Dynamic komi's basics"),  
there were several comments to the effect of, "I found an improvement  
from doing this and will describe it in an upcoming paper". Have any  
of these papers yet been produced or published?
