There are not many programs on cgos 9x9 now.

My last Many Faces, mfgo12-591-4c, has a transposition table bug that made
it resign some won positions after the opponent passes. Since the strong
programs resign when they are way behind, this bug caused no losses to
strong programs, but many losses to weak programs. So overall the top rated
program had a losing record against some very weak programs. This is an
example of the kind of rating transitivity problems that might show in
computer go (due to bugs) that wouldn't show in human competition.
