You might want to try your experiment again using the following flags with MoGo: "<path>\GoGui\MoGo\mogo.exe --9 --pondering 1 --totalTime 300" This will allow MoGo to use it's 9x9 opening database, think on your time, and ensure that it knows correctly how much time it has. Also, note that the download page for MoGo states that under Windows it will only use 1 core and is 30% slower than Linux.
