Ok. Here I agree.

You are not really pruning, just postponing. Of course
you may overlook moves of genius, who doesn't? But
if your probabilities are correct you may be emulating
what a human does.

You DO get wrong answers much faster this way though.

Why? I don't see why. I see this order as the most human like way of searching. As any incomplete search, it can blunder, but why more than any other incomplete search?
