I see, thanks and I'm sorry forgot to write "reduce N_PLAYOUT in common.h." N_PLAYOUT specifies maximum number of playouts to generate a move, that is, it specifies the size of various arrays. You can specify it on demand by --playout=nnn command line argument if you add a swap file.
