Computer Go play in general is nowhere close to dan-level play, but a computer program can read out smaller tactical problems with a very high level of accuracy.

That is true. Computers can analyze closed positions as Thomas Wolf's go tools at dan level, but ..

.. If in a real game you reach such a position (certainly not before move 100) and the game is still so close that the analysis matters, then you are as strong as your opponent. You may win a game you wouldn't have won otherwise, but that gives you perhaps only 50 additional Elo points because it won't happen
frequently enough. Also, testing against the computer will reveal
some mistakes you may have overlooked and make your play a little stronger, but it is still = your level + something small.
