But, actually I have found that Java is fast enough in
MCGO simulations. 100k simulations can be achieved in
less than half minute. 

In the other side, writing and testing new ideas and
algorithms in Java is far more faster than C/C++ (and
perhaps D).

So my conclusion, Java is an excellent
platform/workbench for testing new MCGO algorithms. 

More than 100k simulations, or 5 seconds reply
insteads of 30 seconds, means 1k or 2k difference. If
you are at that level, go and code the verified java
algorithm in C.
