But i may have a chance against a top level pro, when he would have 2 
second per move and i would have 10 minutes per move and if he was not 
allowed to think in my time (you'd have to find a way to distract him 
a lot, or he will do it anyway. As you suggested, we could force him 
to play 300 simultaneaous games where he has to make a lap in 10 
minutes plus walking time).

2 seconds per move is an extreme time disadvantage which may weaken 
the pro by about 25 territory points (compared to his performance with 
1 minute per move). Giving me my maximum time advantage of about 25 
territory points (compared to my performance with 1 minute per move) 
at the same time would bring the pro whithin reach :)
