Details: I was installing some applications in the Ubuntu store and
they wouldn't show up as installed, but then I look up in the top left
hand conner and it says Unknown Application Name. Also, this caused me
to think "hey, did I accidentally delete the store", so I downloaded it
again. Please don't think I'm an idiot if some how I caused this (I'm
not really a computer person when it comes to desktops)
